FIRST has created a program that has a goal to do just that. As parents for children, youth and adults with disabilities, we understand your needs and concerns. By using a team approach when appropriate, FIRST hopes to address your concerns and improve the outcomes for persons with disabilities live the life they want.

AMEDICAID INNOVATION WAIVER SERVICES

As a provider for Vaya Health and Partners Health Management, FIRST can provide our services through the Innovations Waiver or private pay. FIRST is a boutique provider credentialed to provider the full array of Innovation and some B3 services but only focus on specific services.
